The terms that govern your use of CodeCraft Technology's websites and products.

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (codecrafttechnology.in) and the software products and services operated by CodeCraft Technology ("CodeCraft", "we", "us", or "our"), including InventryBook (inventrybook.com) and SchoolHealth (schoolhealth.in) (together, the "Services"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing our websites, creating an account, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, shop, school, or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

2. Description of services

CodeCraft Technology provides cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products on a subscription basis:

  • InventryBook — billing, stock/inventory, and credit (udhaar / khata) management for retail shops.
  • SchoolHealth — a school-management ERP covering students, staff, attendance, exams, fees, transport, and communication for educational institutions.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features from time to time in order to improve the Services. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. User accounts & responsibilities

To use most features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorised persons.
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us promptly at contact@codecrafttechnology.in if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
  • Ensure that the data you enter into the Services (for example, customer, student, or billing records) is lawful and that you have the right to process it.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Certain features of the Services are offered under paid subscription plans, billed on a monthly or annual basis as described at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment partner to charge the applicable subscription fees using your selected payment method.

  • Fees are stated at the point of purchase. Applicable taxes, where required by law, may be added to the fees and will be reflected at checkout.
  • Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • We may change subscription pricing from time to time; any changes will apply to future billing periods and we will give reasonable notice where practical.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you must not:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Services or their infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services except to the extent permitted by law.
  • Upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, the CodeCraft brand, InventryBook, SchoolHealth, and all related intellectual property, are owned by CodeCraft Technology or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Services ("Customer Data"); you grant us the right to host and process that data solely to provide the Services.

7. Third-party services

The Services rely on certain third-party providers, including payment processing and cloud hosting. Payments for subscriptions are handled by our third-party payment partner, and your use of that payment processing may be subject to the partner's own terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers, though we choose our partners with care.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, or that they will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CodeCraft Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Services in a manner that may cause harm or legal liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease. We may retain or delete Customer Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
