Who we are

CodeCraft Technology is an Indian software company that builds and operates cloud-based SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) products for small businesses and institutions. We focus on the everyday tools that keep organisations running — billing, records, payments, communication — and we build them to be affordable and dependable for the Indian market.

Rather than spreading thin, we build a small number of products and support them well. Each of our products serves a specific audience with a clear job to do, and we operate this website (codecrafttechnology.in) as the home for the company and its products.

Our mission

Our mission is captured in our tagline: Building Tomorrow's Digital Ecosystem. We want small shops, schools, and institutions across India to have access to the same quality of software that larger organisations take for granted — simple to adopt, honest in pricing, and built to last.

What we build, and for whom

We currently operate two products, serving two different communities:

Retail — InventryBook

InventryBook is our billing, stock, and credit (udhaar / khata) management platform for Indian kirana stores and small retail shops. It helps shopkeepers create bills, track inventory, and keep clear records of customer credit — replacing paper registers with a reliable digital ledger.

Education — SchoolHealth

SchoolHealth is our cloud school-management ERP for schools, colleges, and coaching centres. It brings students, staff, attendance, exams, fees, transport, and communication together in one platform, so institutions can spend less time on paperwork and more time on teaching.

Our approach and values

• Made for India. We design around how Indian businesses and schools actually operate — local billing habits, credit cycles, fee structures, and languages — instead of forcing foreign workflows.
• Reliability first. Our products are cloud-hosted with regular backups, because the shops and schools that depend on us cannot afford downtime.
